1.1. Guided by international rules on the prohibition of opening and maintaining anonymous accounts, as well as the AML policy, Vegasy provides for the Site Users to undergo the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure.

1.2. By registering a Personal Account, the User agrees that a Know Your Customer (KYC) check may be initiated to him. As part of the verification process, reasonably complete information may be requested to confirm the authenticity of the person and other personal data provided during the registration process and the validity of using certain payment methods.

1.3. Requested documentation may include, without limitation, photos, copies of photo IDs, bank statements, certificates, utility bills, and other information as required. Confirmation requests can be made anytime, in cases specified in these Terms or any other cases.

1.4. After submitting the requested documentation by the User, Vegasy, within 24 hours, provides an answer on the verification results to the User's e-mail.

1.5. For the verification period, all or some of the Site Services will be limited for the User.
